One last food picture before I get back to the current locale... if you run back through the Rt. 66 Album you see some photos from the famous tourist destination in Texas. When you're traveling through Texas on the 40, well, as they say, everything's bigger in Texas. The Texas Roadhouse is well overpriced but the giant dinning hall, arcade shooting gallery, and photo cutouts do their part to make up for it. I must say the buffalo burger below was pretty amazing. I had a side of rice that was fairly terrible but I can't complain with complimentary cups and fresh jalapeños!
